Investment Strategy
At MRTG Capital we take a conservative approach in each deal that we underwrite. We only buy in areas where there is a predictable path of progress. We target C- to B+ properties in C- to A areas. Our property criteria includes both multifamily residential apartments and hotels/motels that we can convert to multifamily residential apartments.
